CUSTOM SALON PACKAGES
All-inclusive color sessions that cover everything you need, including treatments and a blowout to finish your look.
HOURLY SALON SESSIONS
Budget-friendly, time-based sessions with a 2-hour minimum, designed to give you flexibility with everything included - even your blowout.
MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS
Perfect for quick touch-ups like gray coverage, root refreshes, and express luxury color options - these are a la carte and do not include treatments or styling.
HAIRCUTS
We offer classic and luxury haircuts, along with options for curly hair guests. Luxury haircuts take classics to the next level with an extended scalp massage and custom treatment.

Policies
OUR
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and we totally get that! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for salon appointments and 48 hours for spa appointments. This allows our team to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist.
Late cancellations will result in a fee of up to 50% of the missed service. No-call/no-show appointments are subject to a fee of 100% of the service scheduled. For new guests, a late cancellation also means losing your deposit. This policy protects our team's time and ensures every guest gets the attention they deserve.
TARDINESS
Running a few minutes behind? No worries. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to keep our day running smoothly. In this case, it would be considered a late cancellation and subject to a fee.
DEPOSITS
To reserve your first appointment, all new guests are asked to place a deposit. This deposit goes directly toward your first service. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel within our policy timeframe, your deposit will be transferred to a gift card for you to use toward any service or retail purchase in the salon or spa.
color corrections
Color corrections require a consultation, signed waiver, and deposit before booking. These services are billed hourly based on the complexity and time required, with your stylist determining the appropriate rate. Our priority is always the health of your hair, and color corrections often require multiple sessions to reach your desired result safely.
Please note we do not offer refunds, and we do not correct services originally performed at our salon.
extensions
For all extension services, we exclusively work with the brands our team is certified in - Aqua Hair Extensions and Halo Couture Extensions. This is our way of guaranteeing the quality, performance, and longevity of your extensions.
All extension hair must be paid in full before ordering and is non-refundable. We also require a consultation to match your hair type, color, and lifestyle with the best method for you, ensuring a seamless and beautiful result every time.
