CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Our salon requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
  • Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours, same day, or โ€œno call no showsโ€ are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • We do send out a confirmation/reminder text message and email 4 days before your scheduled service and an email the day you booked the appointment.

TARDINESS

  • If you are running late to your appointment, please call the salon or reach out to your stylist directly.
  • If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled service time, you are subject to forfeit your service and pay our same day cancellation fee or offered a different service upon the stylists discretion.

CONSULTATIONS

  • Consultations are required by each stylist before booking your first appointment. During the consultation your stylist will go over your hair needs, pricing, timing, expectations, and more*.
  • Some stylists may accept consults directly. Please call (309) 713-1448 to see which stylists are available.

    * It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation for our services provided, however, it is each clients responsibility to be honest about their hair history and/or health conditions.

DEPOSITS

  • All appointments, regardless of the type of service, require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointment.
  • If any changes need to be made to your original booking, a new deposit must be paid to secure the new appointment.

REFUNDS/REDOS

  • Our salon does not offer refunds of any kind (or upon stylists discretion.)
  • We offer the best quality services and stylists here at Salon 5th Avenue! Client redos will only be honored within 1 week of the original scheduled service. After 1 week you are subject to pay full cost for another appointment.
  • If you wish to see a different stylist, that future appointment is subject to be full price at their pricing.
  • If the hair is altered by another salon/yourself our redo policy will be voided.

COLOR CORRECTIONS

  • An in-person consultation is required for all color corrections.
  • Pricing is charged by the hour unless stated otherwise by your stylist.
