Guest Policy
When booking an appointment, please add-on any applicable service when booking so that we have reserved an appropriate time slot for your service.
Kindly be aware that for all new guests we require a deposit of 50% of your service at the time of schedule in order to reserve your first appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total at your appointment. If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before your appointed time or you fail to show up, this deposit is nonrefundable.
